Gary left Dr. Rosen's group to gain more tutelage under Claude. From him he learned to manipulate the electromagnetic wavelengths, instead of merely hacking into cameras or reading text messages. Skylar also built him a foldable drone, one he can control with his abilities, and extend his view of the world. During his time with the rogue Alphas, he also learned to speak up about his wants and needs, become more independent from the collective group and, eventually, began offering his services for a price.
